かけたい放題 is a dedicated app for subscribers of X-Mobile Co. Ltd.'s calling plans, "かけたい放題ライト" and "かけたい放題フル". With this app, users can make calls by automatically adding a prefix number at the beginning of their outgoing calls. Making calls is as easy as using a regular phone app, and the app also syncs with the phonebook for seamless usage.

Please note that calls to toll-free numbers, emergency services (110, 119), and other three-digit numbers are not included in the app's calling plan and may incur additional charges. The app does not display outgoing or incoming call history. If calls are made from outside the "かけたい放題アプリ", a call charge of 19.9 yen per 30 seconds will apply, so users should be cautious.
